Had twin room with comfortable beds and breakfast at an extra 9 euros per person plus an iron to ensure we had a nice stay. Decent and excellent location - a short way from everywhere we needed.

Fantastic views on the pitch of Xerez Football Club, very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff
It's a bit out of the centre, but worth the detour

The best thing about this hotel is the location, right next to the Sports Stadium
This is bleak hotel - restaurant - the floor was dirty, the breakfast was very bad, very little choice, coffee cold, we were given heated up coffee which was bitter, we then had to go to look for staff, then we had fresh coffee. I would not recommend this hotel to people looking to visit the lovely city of Jerez - there are far nicer hotels right in the middle of the city, we only stayed at H2 because we were at a event in the Sports Stadium.

Good value for money, clean, modern and comfortable room, big bathroom, air conditioning functioning very well and having a cool temperature in the room in the middle of August.
There was only one receptionist available in the reception which involved waiting time almost every time we needed some information. We requested to have tickets for the horses show booked via the reception as it was Sunday and nothing has been done for the following 9 hours. When we came back to the hotel at the end of the day, we were told that our tickets had been purchased and to go back to the reception after 10 minutes. Later on we have been contacted by receptionist who let us know that there was only one ticket left, so not enough. Next day we went directly to the source to buy tickets and we found them.

I gotta say, my stay at this hotel was worth every penny. The room was spacious and the bathroom was really nice. Plus, the location was fantastic, right by the Football Chapin stadium where I got to catch some awesome activities. The staff were on point, super professional and friendly. They even went the extra mile to help us sort out an annoying issue with our credit card. And don't even get me started on the 24-hour coffee, saved my life!
The breakfast could've been better, not gonna lie. It was just okay, nothing special.

the hotel was perfect for a stop-over, with above average facilities and a convenient location near the city centre. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with restaurant recommendations, train timetables, and directions. Free tea and coffee 24 hours was a lovely touch and the strong wifi was a bonus.
Tv channels were very poor.

The hotel offered comfortable and clean rooms, with free wifi available throughout. the location was convenient for both business and leisure travellers, with easy access to major highways and nearby attractions. the free on-site parking was also a plus.
The breakfast options were not particularly extensive, and the staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. the hotel's facilities were a bit dated and could use some updates and improvements.
